• ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), and Canada (excludes Quebec) who are 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older as of date of entry and have Professional Employment experience within the Tree Care Industry. “Professional Employment” is defined as a person who works independently as a Tree Care Professional or for a Professional Tree Care company, either full-time, part-time or contract. “Tree Care Industry”, “Tree Care Professional” and “Professional Tree Care” is defined as a person or company that provides a range of arboriculture services, including pruning branches, cutting away dead or excess sections transplanting, fertilizing, tree felling and stump grinding and removal. Employees, officers and directors of Husqvarna, the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any state not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

• HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, an eligible Entrant may visit the Husqvarna booth at the TCI Expo and electronically follow the on-screen instructions on the provided tablets. Enter the Promotion by completely entering your true and correct information on the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address, Company Name and Job Title). Entries must be received within the Promotion Period (as defined herein) to be eligible for the Promotion. Entry must be submitted by the Participant him or herself. Upon registering, you will earn one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Promotion. Upon submission you will be notified via email and/or phone if you are the winner of an instant win prize. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) Instant Win try per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.

• INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: Up to two hundred and twenty-two (222) Instant Win prize winners will be determined throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant enters the Promotion.

• GRAND PRIZE DRAWING/ODDS: On or about November 28, 2022, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries received within the Promotion Period and select one (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

• WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. Potential winners will have seven (7) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. The Grand Prize winner will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within seven (7) days of date of issuance. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. Potential Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing to the email address used to enter. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing. If potential Grand Prize winner is from Canada they will be contacted by the Administrator to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question without human, electronic or mechanical aid to be eligible to receive the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on the potential winner, as a condition to receipt of the Grand Prize (defined below). Winner must first submit to such background check and cooperate with Sponsor in any way that Sponsor requests in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any winner and/or winner's companion based on such background check if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion that awarding the Grand Prize to such winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled once the product launches in 2023, exact timing is to be determined. All Instant Win Prizes need to be claimed at the time of the instant win notification by visiting the trade show booth registration desk. Instant Win Prizes will be awarded at random at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.

PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO GUARANTEE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE PROMOTION PARTIES. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these official rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. • CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and Administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of North Carolina. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

• PRIVACY: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration, winner notification and to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described n the above Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.

• TAX INFORMATION: Any valuation of the prizes above is based on available information from Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, LOCAL, AND OTHER TAXES ON PRIZES AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICABLE WINNER. Each winner must provide Promotion Parties with valid identification before the prize will be awarded. For a United States Grand Prize winner, a 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued. For a Canadian Grand Prize winner, a 1042-S (preceded by a W8-BEN Form) will be issued.

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All Husqvarna intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotion materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

• LANGUAGE DISCREPANCY. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, including but not limited to point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
